Meet Charlie!

Breed: Blue heeler - Australian Shepherd

Age: 3 years

Sex: Female (spayed)

Miss Charlie is a calm, quiet, and joyful girl looking for her forever home.

She’s affectionate, people-oriented, and content to be part of everyday life without being demanding. Charlie is dog-friendly, easy to live with, and brings a lovely sense of steadiness and warmth wherever she goes.

Charlie loves her walks (even on the coldest days), greets mornings with enthusiasm, and has the sweetest habit of offering soft little heeler nips to say “g’day.”

While Charlie could do well as an only dog, she would truly shine in a home with another confident, steady dog by her side; a calm role model to help guide her happy-go-lucky heart. She settles beautifully with canine companionship, and for this reason, we are prioritizing a home with another dog.

She’s not much of a barker, only joining in if other dogs announce someone at the front door. Initially a little shy around men, Charlie warms up quickly once she feels safe.

Meet Bolt!

Breed: Lab mix

Age: 10 weeks old

Sex: Male

Bolt is a happy-go-lucky pup who is all about taking in his environment! He is lovable, and likes to follow his people and dog friends around. He is confident little guy!

He is respectful of older dogs, and will back off if they tell him they need space, but often barks at them after he backs away, and sometimes needs a few reminders. It’s always helpful when the humans step in as necessary as well!

Bolt is doing very well settling into his new surroundings, adjusting to the cold winter (although we still kind of hates it!).

He is doing remarkably well with his potty training, maybe cause it’s so cold out, he is adamant to get it done quickly. He still needs to be let out every couple of hours, but is very clear about needing to go out when he’s crated! He travels well in the car and has even been doing well handling on a leash!

Bolt will need someone VERY patient with his crate training, and who won’t give up on this! He is very vocal in his crate when people are around/moving about. He does better when the crate is covered, but seems to still have some FOMO if he can hear the hustle and bustle around him. He is silent and sleeps right through the night. He is going into his crate nicely for a snack or piece of kibble, eats all his meals in there, and even enjoys snuffle mats/food puzzles/kongs in there too!

Bolt will make a family very happy with his silly antics, and goofy personality. He’s a very food driven, biddable puppy who is very eager to learn and please.

Meet Tiny Tim!

Breed: Lab mix

Age: 10 weeks

Sex: Male

He is one of six puppies who came from the South (against their will) to the North (Brrr!)

Tiny Tim is a total love bug who lives for cuddles. He is wonderful with people and gets along great with other animals.

In Tim’s world he would love nothing more than to be with his humans 24/7, but if you have dog sense, you can appreciate how unhealthy this actually is for your canine!! We are looking for a patient, committed adopter who’s willing to help Tim build confidence around being outside of sight of his people. 

Like his siblings, he is not a fan of the outdoors, but funny enough, that’s working in his favor for house training. He does his business right away so he can hurry back inside (priorities!), which makes him a smart little boy who catches on quickly.

Tiny Tim is looking for a devoted family who will help his blossom into his most confident balanced self!

Meet Cruz!

Breed: Lab mix

Age: 10 weeks old

Sex: Male

Meet Cruz! Cruz is a playful, bouncy pup with a sweet personality and a big love for toys, if it squeaks, rolls, or can be tossed, he’s all game. He brings a fun, joyful energy to life. Once he has had his fun he is happy to chill and snuggle.

In new environments, Cruz can be a little nervous at first, but his curiosity shines through and he warms up quickly. Once he’s comfortable, his playful and affectionate side really comes out.

Cruz does well with other dogs and loves to play. He’s still learning appropriate boundaries, but he takes guidance well and is eager to learn. Crate training and potty training are going extremely well. He is very clean in the crate letting you know if he has to go out. He is incredibly smart and a quick learner.

Cruz would thrive in a home that offers patience, structure, and plenty of playtime, and in return he’ll give you ENDLESS entertainment and lots of snuggles.

Meet Pepper!

Breed: Shepherd X

Age: 14 weeks

Sex: Female

Small but fierce the saying goes, and Pepper truly embodies it.

Pepper is a confident and curious puppy who has begun both house and crate training. While she’s off to a great start, her adopter should be prepared to continue this work as she adjusts to her new home.

She has been having encouraging social experiences in new environments, with both other dogs and people. At this young age, Pepper is not displaying any concerning behaviours. Her positive development is a reflection of the attentive care she has received in her foster home.

Pepper is very much a clean slate, a bright, eager pup ready to continue learning and growing with the right guidance. Pepper has great drive and focus, making her a joy to train someone who values this kind work with dogs will be a good match. Her foster is seeking an adopter who leads an active lifestyle and is interested in providing ongoing enrichment, perhaps through activities such as agility or scent work, to help keep her mind and body fulfilled.

Meet Buck!

Breed: Lab mix

Age: 12 weeks old

Sex: Male

Buck is a sweet, playful, and incredibly cuddly puppy who truly loves people. He’s happiest curled up beside you soaking up affection, and his gentle, loving nature makes him a joy to be around.

He’s social with other dogs and enjoys their company, though like any playful puppy, he benefits from supervision to help him learn appropriate social skills, especially when interacting with adult dogs who may not match his enthusiasm.

Buck sleeps soundly through the night in his crate and settles beautifully during the day, whether home alone or when there’s activity going on around him. He loves working for both toys and food and picks up new skills impressively fast.

While Buck can feel a bit nervous in new environments, with continued exposure and encouragement he has all the potential to grow into a confident, well-rounded dog. He’s fantastic with handling and nail trims: truly the kind of puppy you can do just about anything with, and he’ll happily relax through it.

Buck is the perfect mix of adventurous and affectionate. His ideal home is with someone who’s excited about training and committed to continued socialization. Someone looking for a dog who can grow into a confident, go-anywhere companion who’s happiest simply being by your side.
